Stephanie Boshea

Stephanie comes to Challenge America all the way from Naperville, IL. For the past four years, she has been a student at Belmont University in Nashville, TN getting her Bachelors of Music in Music Therapy. She is currently serving as our summer Music Therapy intern. Throughout her Music Therapy studies, Stephanie has worked with children and adults with physical, neurological, developmental, and intellectual disabilities, children and adults with mental illnesses, adults with Alzheimer's and dementia, seniors in assisted living homes, and veterans.

Stephanie began her deep love for creative arts when she was very young. She began singing and playing piano at the age of 7, and playing guitar and acting at age 13. She expressed an interest in becoming a therapist for the first time when she was 14. She spent many years writing songs to help with her own mental health, and decided to combine her two passions, music and healing people, by becoming a Music Therapist.

In her free time, Stephanie loves learning, reading, hiking, biking, coloring, playing with dogs, and yoga.
